Retail Garden Centre Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Garden Center Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, a strong background in retail management, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment, ensuring displays are attractive and products are well-stocked.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings and customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education in Horticulture, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in retail management.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven experience managing and developing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, and plant care.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
